These terms of service apply to services provided by WorkVector s.r.o., Company ID: 17238986, with registered office at Chelčického 686, Rosice, 533 51 Pardubice, Czech Republic (hereinafter "Provider"). By using our services, you agree to these terms.
The Provider offers SaaS platforms for booking management, AI memory, and task management. Services are provided "as is" and the Provider reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
Prices for services are listed on the websites of individual products. Payments are made in advance for the period according to the selected plan. In case of service cancellation before the end of the prepaid period, there is no entitlement to a refund of the proportional part of the payment.
The Provider is not liable for damages resulting from service outages, data loss, or unauthorized access by third parties. The user is obliged to secure their login credentials.
